As part of his research activities, he has participated in the development of several product prototypes, including the patented Alexandria Book Scanner (patent number: 225 662), the Self-Learning Hybrid Chat system registered in voluntary copyright protection (registration number: 004381), and the FluoRobot project, which received direct European Union funding and the Seditron urine sediment analyzer for Boehringer Mannheim. He has also gained extensive experience in research and research management through his involvement in a number of successfully completed grant projects, such as a fully self-managed IKTA grant, the ELTE-Soft KMOP 1.1.2 grant (2011–2012), and the ASK-M KMR-12-1-2012-004 grant. His work has earned several international recognitions, including the Smithsonian Permanent Collection Award (Prody Parrot), the Computer Times Editor’s Choice Award (Game Commander), the Golden WEB Award (Aerobeak), and the PocketPC Magazine Best Software Award (WikiWiki).
Through his company, European Knowledge Centre Ltd., he has actively worked to turn successful research results into business achievements. This effort has resulted in the market launch of the following products: PerfectChat (hybrid chat technology), ViroFighter (autonomous UV-C disinfection robot), and he has most recently contributed to the development of an automatic scheduling system that leverages AI to optimize different production and workflow proceses.
